each and every strand of my hair has a mind of their own – so selfish, they refuse to be considerate and tolerate with one another. each and every one of them wants to go their own way. each and every one of them wants to have their own look. there is a strand who likes to be extremely curly, there is a strand that chose to be so thin and transparent, there are a few strands who likes to fight with each other they end up tangled, there is one strand that thought it is funny to break into several ‘branches’ – trust me, this one has a serious split personality problem. sometimes it can even have like 14 ‘branches’ – well, not funny, ok? yes, i counted them. some of them are only babies, they stand out in the crowds, i am just afraid the sparrows will find them too comfortable and turn them into their nests and lay eggs in them. then there are some who went for plastic surgery to ‘whiten’ their skin – mind you, they are not even friends.

i have tried so hard to get them to work with each other, but they just wouldn’t listen. they are afraid of the shampoo girl at Julia’s though… they will behave, but after a few days, they will start to wander on their own again.

i don’t wear make-ups

not even lipsticks

so do you realize that the hair is suppose to play a very important role on a person like me?

i think, now i’m addicted to CD.

since trying on the CD from joyce – well, of course xavier was the one who use it – i could not stop thinking about it. i was so disappointed the next day coz the one and only CD is not yet dry, had to use disposable.

yesterday, i spent my day at the office browsing, reading and chatting with my friends through ym about CDs instead of doing what i should be doing – my boss is not going to be happy reading this. eh, but i finished my job already what… my friend told me that ezmotherhood is currently having Drybees AIO Hybrid on sale. true enough, they’re selling it for RM60, normal price is about RM67. My friend and i decided to buy them for our DS. we combined shipping so, save on shipping cost some more. Ezmotherhood is so cekap, the package arrived this morning! the fastest shipping i’ve ever had since i started shopping online. thanks a lot ezmotherhood… love the CD very much!

back to yesterday, the more i read about CD, the more tempted i am to buy. finally, i gave in to the temptation and drag joyce with me to miabambina‘s house. mcm tidak sabar-sabar bah… but i hv my reasons la juga.

1. I’ll be going to Labuan next week so, my friend in Labuan can kirim. that means, i only have this week to do the (CD) shopping.
2. i dunno where miabambina’s house is so, i have to go with Joyce. Joyce is now on her final week of pregnancy so, i’m just afraid if i didnt go A.S.A.P, nanti tidak sempat heheh… (baru notice banyak ‘so’)

i already listed out all the things i wanted to buy and so as my (Labuan) friend so that we wont waste time to pilih-pilih again at miabambina’s. i didn’t know that CD shopping is so fulfilling… miabambina’s house is like a CD haven! lots and lots of CDs…  nasib baik peruntukan tidak mengizinkan.

so! (so lagi) these are the stuff i bought, my first batch of CDs – not that i’m going to add like a dozen more. buying all these pun somebody is already umm… not happy. not me, not my CD crazy friends.

Wah… yesterday (and also this morning), i was a very happy mommy – still is!

Jnr went outstation to KL last week (for the whole week) and he bought these for me…

the Sophie Kinsella in hard cover lagi tu… jangan marahhh… so happy! – but dunno when will i have the time to read. brought Remember Me to work today, hopefully can read during lunch break.

And…

i also receive a CD set from my very good friend, mommy-to-be Joyce. she’s a CD addict and thanks to her addiction, i (well, c xavier lah bah) got one set too… it is actually an advance birthday present from Aunty Joyce. Xavier will be 1 yr old on 30th March.

so… this is the CD set… aiya… bukan Compact Disc lah u idiot! Cloth Diaper bah… havent you heard about this new diapering wonder? where have you been???

these are my – ok, not me, xavier’s first CD set. the blue on top of the orange is a diaper cover, the orange color is a fitted diaper and the blue cloth oh the left of the fitted diaper is (if i’m not mistaken) microfleece liner.

if you’re using fitted diaper, you need a diaper cover to put over them coz fitted diaper is not waterproof. and the microfleece liner is for dry-feeling…

Si Joyce expert sudah ni kalau pasal CD. i’m still trying to get a hang of it, all the different types of CDs and the terms, the brands… very interesting! the only thing is, how come i never heard of CD last year? i could have saved a lot on disposable diapers. it’s kinda too late for me to start CDing my xavier coz in a few months time, i’m going to potty-train him already… anyhow, i can still CD him at night, kan? he’s quite a heavy-wetter bah. recently, he need at least two diaper change at night… last night mcm ok juga lah… he slept from 11:00 p.m – 6:00 a.m. dunno whether that’s because of the CD… but tonight, will try the CD again – if kering today lah.. heheh…

1. Michael Johns  – Definitely! my personal favourite
2. David Archuleta  – Young and very talented. Such amazing voice, gave me goosebumps when he sang ‘Imagine’ the other day
3. Jason Castro – Talented – with or without the guitar. beautiful pair of eyes i’ve ever seen…
4. David Hernandez – Watch out for this one, he has an amazing voice too!
5. David Cook – Based on his performance last night
6. Danny Noriega or Chikezie  – both have great voice but Danny’s attitude and the ‘wiggling’ is not that appealing while chikezie… i don’t know…i think he’s just OK

Did you notice? Danny Noriega looks a little bit like Jessica Alba. maybe it’s the lips? or the shape of their face? the eyes?

at 1st, i thought it was just me, that i was the only one who noticed, but try googling "Danny Noriega","Jessica Alba", you’d be surprised to see that there are like 17000++ hits. This blog even posted Noriega’s & Alba’s photo for comparison. seriously, they could have been mistaken as twins!

putting xavier to bed isn’t always easy. we had to rock him in the hammock while singing the ABC song and mind you, ABC song doesn’t always work. so we had to sing any other song yang sewaktu dengannya. after he fell asleep, we had to move him to the bed, otherwise he would try to turn and when he realize that he couldn’t, that’s when he will wake-up and wail like crazy.

so, last night, i was rocking him and had to sing a lot of kids’ songs coz the ABC was just not working. ellone sat by my side, singing along with me. there was this one song that goes

i sang that one too, a few times…

and then i felt tired singing the song over and over again, decided to get creative heheh… but ellone didn’t let me

for those who watched the recent Trek Celebrity, you should know that Heliza is back in UMS. not that i’m a fan of Trek Celebrity – oops! pembetulan : Selebriti, but TERnampak bah last weekend so, yes y’all, Heliza is back in UMS.

just now, she came to our office coz she couldn’t login to one of UMS punya applications, the Student Info System. the system was partly maintained by us, and partly by the academic dept. so, my colleague, let’s just call her si Kicik, is the person in charge of the system. Heliza and one of her friends went to see Kicik.

si LAi whispered to me, "Heliza???" i was like "Dunno… Macam" nampak sipi ja bah…

after she left the office, my colleague who sits in front of Kicik said "Kenapa kamu tidak pi begambar sama Heliza tadi?"

Kicik : Mana Heliza?
Us : Yang jumpa ko tadi…
Kicik : Hahhhh ???? Maka, sya cakap ‘ada saya tampal di luar kan?’ (*dengan tone yg mcm marah sikit*) lagi tuuuu…
