I’ve been taking more pics of my niece coz i was sooo excited about my new camera. tried to find other things to photograph but found none. so… here are the pics
isnt she a cute little thing??? notice the pink Hello Kitty slippers? well, that’s mine. Jnr bought them for me last Sunday and when Cherry saw them, she goes “YEEEEEEEE!!!!!” and keep tugging at them i have to take them off.
last night, i went for a skincare workshop at Sutera Marina Club. i almost went alone but i was soooo lazy to drive, had to drag jnr along. Lucky for us, the workshop is actually “exclusively for men”. Syl never told me that and all along, i thought it was like the usual workshop conducted to promote skincare products – for ladies. it turned out to be a very informative workshop and the speaker (which happens to be Syl’s sister-in-law) keep emphasizing that “men do hv skin too!” very informative indeed jnr now insists that we go and buy a proper skincare set. i dont know whether i can keep up with the regime/routine of cleansing, toning and moisturizing “our” face twice a day. but i’d love to try… havent really decided on which products to buy anyway. any suggestion? oops… i forgot, dont think anybody’s reading. *grin*
i’ve signed up with the Fujifilm ezy2print site and even upgraded my account to VIP member which costs RM10 for 3 years. no special features anyway. they’re having this sort of baby photo contest but i dont know why i wasnt able to login. keep prompting me for my User ID and Password eventhough i’ve already entered them – and i’m damn sure i’ve typed in the correct id and pwd. must be something wrong with the login page. hmmm… RM10 for 3 yrs, that’s what u’ll get.
oo… abt my monthly visit to my gynae, well, it only took about 5-10 minutes. I was half an hour late for my appointment and luckily, the others havent arrived either. checked the baby’s head diameter, the length of her thigh bone and the heart beat. the doctor said “ok… everything’s fine, baby is growing normally…” and that’s it. so i asked about the baby’s position and he put the scanner thingy back on my stomach and said that the baby is in the normal position. thank god she’s not in a breech position. i wanted to have a print out of the baby’s face but the doctor said “her hand is blocking her face” so… hmmm hv to wait until the next visit. Finally, the doctor said “ok. i’ll be seeing you in two weeks time” which means, now my visiting schedule has been changed to fortnightly instead of monthly. yay!!! i’ll be seeing my baby more often now…
The baby’s name?
Jnr said he wants to name the her Ellone Vanessa Sapphire. but when we told people abt the name, they all go like “what kind of name is Ellone???”

I think it’s a beautiful name – and unique too.
and plus, the Ellone in Final Fantasy 8 is very very cute.

My father-in-law keeps reminding us “must put saint’s name”. well, Vanessa IS a christian name *grin*
